Lumenyl (Pty) Ltd, trading as Lumenyl, is a South African boutique tech consultancy. This page explains what we sell, how clients pay in ZAR on lumenyl.com, and how refunds work. Checkout uses PayFast. Payment pages are payment requests, not VAT tax invoices.
Goods and services
We do not sell physical goods, run a marketplace, or dropship. Clients pay for B2B professional services only—quoted per engagement or as a retainer. Full capability detail is on Services.

How payment works
- We agree scope in a quote or statement of work (fees in ZAR).
- We issue an invoice from the client workspace.
- The client pays on lumenyl.com via PayFast (card or Instant EFT)—either a private pay link or a signed-in portal checkout.
- Optional retainers renew until cancelled at the end of the paid period.
Refunds, cancellation, and delivery
Refunds are processed by Lumenyl from the admin desk, not self-serve. Email hello@lumenyl.com with your invoice reference. Full policies:
